Scope and seller
These terms cover use of the website and normal orders, student orders and reservation requests sent to Hong Xiang SARL, 24 route de Burange, L-3429 Dudelange, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 104098.
Customer account
A verified account is required to send an order or reservation request. The customer must provide correct information and keep access to the account private.
Menu, prices and allergens
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes and Luxembourg VAT. The final total appears before submission. Dishes remain subject to availability. The legally required allergens are shown for each dish. The customer must read this information and call the restaurant before ordering if an allergy or any information is unclear.
Normal orders
Before submitting, the customer reviews the dishes, pickup or delivery, address, time, payment and total. The restaurant must still accept the order. An online payment authorisation is captured when the order is accepted. Payment on arrival remains due at pickup or delivery.
Student orders
The student meal is pickup only. The website offers today through the last 13:30 pickup time, then tomorrow. It includes one base meal. Online payment is captured immediately. The customer receives a private one-time code and also shows a student card at pickup.
Pickup and delivery
Supported towns, minimums and available times are shown before payment. The customer must provide an accurate address and contact details and remain reachable for handoff.
Free gifts and alcoholic drinks
The free gift depends on the amount of food ordered and remains subject to availability. It cannot be exchanged or refunded in cash. A gift containing alcohol, beer or wine, is only handed to a person aged sixteen or over. The restaurant or delivery driver may ask for proof of age and, in the absence of such proof, hand over a non-alcoholic drink instead.
Changes, refusal and refunds
The customer calls the restaurant to request a change. There is no automatic cancellation button. The restaurant may refuse an order or suggest a later time. A declined or expired authorisation is released. A captured amount follows the refund process.
Right of withdrawal
Prepared meals, rapidly perishable food and restaurant services provided on an agreed date or within an agreed period are excluded from the fourteen-day withdrawal right that the Luxembourg Consumer Code provides for distance contracts. The customer's other rights, in particular the right to a service matching the order, remain unaffected.
Reservations
Submitting the form creates a request only. The table is booked after restaurant confirmation. No deposit is required.
Complaints and mediation
The customer should first contact Hong Xiang by phone or email. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, the customer may refer it to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, 2A rue Kalchesbrück, L-1852 Luxembourg, under that body's rules. The European online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. The Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction, without depriving the consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the country where they habitually reside.
